In 2010, Alan identified the Virtual Graffiti business model in the USA as best in class, especially for customer service. He brought the model to Australia, serving ANZ and Asia Pacific. The approach has proven valuable to a wide range of customers.

COO & General Manager

Thad has over a decade of experience launching IT startups in the Asia Pacific and ANZ region. He has been a sales member and channel manager for leading cybersecurity and backup vendors before joining Virtual Graffiti towards the end of 2018. Thad's value is finding unique solutions to solve challenges of Virtual Graffiti's customers.
